Dozens Killed in Coordinated Militant Attacks Across Balochistan
New Delhi: At least 67 militants and 10 security personnel were killed in a series of coordinated attacks across Balochistan.
The attacks took place in several districts, including Quetta, Gwadar, Noshki, Dalbandin, Mastung, and Pasni, targeting police stations, paramilitary posts, and other sites.
The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the assaults.
Reports indicate that civilian casualties occurred in some areas, including women and children, though exact numbers are still being confirmed.
Videos and local accounts show clashes and explosions at multiple locations across the province.
Security forces engaged the attackers, and operations continued throughout the day.
Balochistan has experienced frequent militant attacks in recent years, with separatist groups such as the BLA involved in targeting state installations and infrastructure.
Today’s violence is among the largest coordinated attacks in the province in recent memory, affecting multiple districts simultaneously.
